With in-depth knowledge and substantial resources available, Lyra Homes are able to make quick decisions on purchasing land, both with or without planning permission. In the past we have successfully acquired sites which have previously been overlooked by other developers. We have a team of architects that will do feasibility studies and market appraisals. This means that once a landowner has agreed a deal they have full confidence in terms of site delivery and timescales.
Flexibility is critical, we have an open mind towards Joint ventures and long term partnership arrangements which respond to different landowners.
